History of G-2 in a nutshell
The first attempt to summit G-II was made at the beginning of the 20th

century in 1956. The Austrian climber Frite Movrac was the first to reach the top of G-2 in 1984. The two top climbers R. messener and H. kammerlander made a double ascent of G-II and Hidden peak, two 8000ers.
