Day free to enjoy the festival and visit some local houses to observe their unique life style and costume. overnight hotel. Day 06 Chitral. Drive to Chitral, afternoon visit the bazzar and old fort of Chitral and shahi mosque, overnight hotel. Day 07 Mastuj. Morning drive to Mastuj, passing through the lush green and scenic villages shadows by the Trich mir the highest peak in the Hindukush. meals and overnight at Mastuj PTDC. Day 08 Phander. morning after the break fast drive to Phander via the Shandur pass,3734 meters the highest polo field in the world and each year the traditional polo game played by the Gilgit and Chitral. after a brief stop at the pass drive to Phander. meals and overnight PTDC. afternoon enjoy the fishing at the Phander lake and River. Day 09 Gilgit.
Drive to Gilgit town, passing through the lush green and scenic villages of Ghizer valley, afternoon visit the 7th century old Buddha Rock Carvings at Kargha. overnight hotel. Day 10 Islamabad. morning fly to Islamabad, subject to weather conditions, if flight cancelled drive by road to Besham. meals and overnight at hotel Day 11 Transfer to airport for departure to onward destinations. |
